A capella recording of the Christmas carol "come and worship" , sang in the Luhyia language "pache omwami womulembe". I did a recording of the congregation singing in ACK Elukaka church, my primary school church, where we prayed with my family on 30th December 2012. My eldest sister Rebecca is one of the people leading the service.

Fanuel Amimo was one of the most vocal Luhyia musicians in Kenya in the 1960s to the 1970s, with his Butere jazz band. One of his most famouspieces in his repertoire is "Rosa nokhwebwe" which is simply a wedding serenade of some sorts, announcing Rosa's forthcoming wedding!
